I am constantly losing, or really misplacing, that darned pen! It's too
small for writing or finding. |-)
I found an excellent substitute for a PDA pen or stylus to be the BIC
plastic mechanical pencil. Mine happens to be 0.7mm, but other lead sizes
will probably work. They usually come in packs of 4 or 6 or 10 or something
like that. If you retract the lead fully into the tip (by pushing and
holding the feed on top then pressing the tip onto paper or table top, etc.)
the tip itself works well as a stylus. I have used this stylus on my Zoomer
for several years with no ill effects. As a bonus, if you need to write on
paper you can do that with the same instrument. Interestingly enough, they
are made in France.
Good luck.
