HELP!! Zoomer doesn't work!

I don't know what happened, but suddendly when I press on the bottom of
the screen, it writes on the top! Pen calibration doesn't help, I've
replaced *ALL* batteries and tried a hard reset. If anyone has ANY ideas
or knows someone/someplace that still repairs these things, let me know,
please!
