2. Palm releases a close competetor to the Omnigo, saying that connectivity with your PC applications is the most essential aspect of a PDA.
I would bet that the Omnigo conectivity pack did the absolute minimum that Palm could get away with and still meet the specifications in the contract. Now the Palm pilot will clean up in the wake of the OmniGo's most agravating weakness.
