Rainbows in the screen

Has anyone had a problem with small "rainbow" colors appearing in the screen. I am serious. I bought an HP OmniGo 100 and noticed that there was rainbow colors about the size of a finger in the screen; so I returned it and bought a new one. In the new HP OmniGo 100 there is also a rainbow color in the screen but about half the size. It is somewhat anoying but I think I can live with it. Has anyone else had this problem? I am considering returing this one and maybe I will have luck with a new one.
