I'm glad your satisfied, because I'm less satisfied. The "early" unit I have has dumped memory when I changed the batteries (with the case closed btw) the one time I forgot to turn off the touch screen turn on feature. After spending about 1.5 hours re-keying data I was not impressed. HP indicated they would call LAST week with scheduling information on a replacement unit for the recalled one, but I'm still waiting for the call. I've resorted to borrowing a RAM card from work to backup the unit before I change batteries.

Excellent customer service - I'm not sure....excellent unit - yet to be seen.
