OmniGo 100 Recall? :-(

I was told by two vendors that HP has recalled the OmniGo 100 to fix a problem with the battery connector. According to these two vendors, this will add an additional 1-4 weeks of waiting until the OmniGo is really available for retail distribution.

Has anyone else heard more about this issue? I'm not sure I can wait another month to get an OmniGo!
