In ways:

1, It's easier to access. A press of a dedicated button on the keyboard brings it up.

2, Pages from it can be easily moved elsewhere (a one-shot deal). You "stick" the pages,
then go to where you want it, and ?unstick? (check the manual) them.

3, Each jotter note is just one screen-page in length; no scrolling.

4, You can't organize jotter notes with titles.

That about covers it, I think.
