Glen,
I did exactly what you propose and managed on second try to
install Zen & the art of the Internet on my flash card. The first try
was with the Omnicom program, but it did not work as Omnicom does not
preserve the full GEOS filenames. Second try with BMS File Manager
worked just fine.
With the new installer you can also directly install a book on a
flashcard, however I never tried if it works or not.
