Well it depends on if you want a (supposedly) more readable screen. And
the extra software in ROM instead of having to installing it in the RAM. I
personaly would not pay the extra $100-$150 for these options.

P.S. I was playing around with the OmniGo 120 while at Comp USA (getting my
BOSS). I didn't notice much exept for the extra icons/programs on the home
screen. Barley noticed the new screen. (thought it was a 100 at first,
they look so much alike.)
