I bought the Casio Cassiopeia with Windows CE (with the full intention of
returning it, of course) to see what it's like. I'm writing up a little
review of it now and will share my findings/opinion in a week or two.

My impressions so far: It's reasonably fast; screen is hard to read; doesn't
have hardly any software on the device and very little available for it; you
need both pen and keyboard for input, just like a PC; and it looks a lot like
Windows '95 but can't run any DOS, 3.1 or '95 apps.
