Problem with MagicRAM 1MB SRAM & OG 100

The problem that I am having is with my OG 100 & MagicRAM 1mb SRAM Card.

The card has worked in the past, but now whenI put the card in and turn on
the OG, the OG hangs. I then have to softboot it, remove the card, &
softboot again.

If i don't softboot, the machine hangs until the batteries die.
