Gergi, Ive had very good luck with OGODOS and OMNISWP.

(A big thank you to Jan Sedlak and Frits Klok respecively -
Good job!)

The only problem is that you have to reboot to use DOS. OGODOS
boots to dos, and OMNISWP remaps the key board and allows you
to scroll. Admittedly, I use it mainly to play some dos based
games, but it seems to work perfectly with all dos programs.
