Here in Colorado there is an extensive offering of courses to become
a real estate salesperson. One of the courses offered through CU is on
the operation of the HP12C calculator. The instructor, Joni Greenwalt,
has put together an extensive manual with a number of programs for the HP12C.
It is far more user-friendly than the HP version. I don't know how much
she's asking for them, but her number is 303-422-6277. I don't think she's
available via email.
