If memory serves me correct the question posed is something to the effect
that DST has either gone on or off in your HOME city, and do you want to
adjust the local or system time accordingly. A most convenient question if
you are travelling abroad. In any event it has performed fine on an OG100
and 120 going both ways (on the 100).
