Mine was hesitant to switch over...whilst I was playing I went into World
Time, and told it that it was based in Washington DC (even tho' I thought
it already knew that), and poof it switched over (without even admitting
that it did)...

It was 11:45am Sunday. The Og still thought it was 12:45pm, so changed it
in setup. But then when I went to World Time, Chicago was listed as
10:45am
(city clock) and the system clock was 11:45. Chicago was set as my local
city, so somewhere it was thinking about turning the clock back.

Everything seems fine now, it's not trying to reset it again or anything.
It's no big deal. I won't have to worry about it for six months, and I
have
so many clocks I have to reset anyway: my watch, my travel alarm, my pager,
in the phone, in the answering machine, in the microwave, two alarm clocks,
vcr, wall clock, two computers and the Og.
