The Intuit PR person that fielded your call was either new or just
ignorant. I phoned Intuit at 1-800-243-4650 x810329 and ordered OGO PQ at
about 11pm EST and within 5 days I received a FedEx package with OGO PQ.

Moreover I had a physical problem with the disk Intuit shipped and had to
re-order FREE OGO PQ. The second time I got a different PR person and
ordered the product again with no problems.

I live in Ontario, Canada but I don't think that should make a difference.
Try re-ordering -- it's a great product for a great price!
