Inexpensive File Transfer?

I have an OmniGo 700LX and I'm looking for a cheap and easy way to =
transfer the occasional file from a PC.

I know HP produce a connectivity kit, but at around UKP80 it seems =
expensive. What other options are there?

- Could I buy (the very much cheaper) connector kit and get hold of some =
shareware to do the job? =20

- It would be great if I could transfer files from a floppy disk. Are =
there any floppy drive devices which could connect to the serial port? I =
know HP's Omnibook 5500 is supplied with a parallel port floppy drive, =
so a serial device doesn't seem too stupid an idea. Things like the =
speed of transfer aren't important. I know of a PCMCIA floppy drive, but =
that was far too expensive.=20

Any ideas/advice much appreciated.
