Extra spreadsheet functions - where are they?

The Expense Report Template supplied with the Omnigo spreadsheet tool seems to
posess features not mentioned in the manual and not accesible from standard
menus.

Namely:

1. It is a Template. The manual states that you cannot create your own
spreadsheet templates on the Omnigo but neglects to mention where or how it
can be done.

2. The cell outlines are turned off. Initially I assumed this was due to it
being a Template but sheets created from the Template inherit this feature.

3. Cell borders/outlining are used. I made the same assumption as above and
found that borders are also inherited by spreadsheets based on the template.
Also, individual cells that have borders can be copied and pasted into normal
sheets, taking their borders with them.

Does anyone know how to access these features normally in a spreadsheet or if
other formatting such as bold or underlined text is available?

Also, is it possible to change the number of decimal places in the FIXED
number format or is it *FIXED* at 2 places?

Any other tricks in the spreadsheet?
