ogo list archives updated

I'm happy to report that I've gotten around to updating the OGO mailing
list archives on www.grot.com. There are a couple of holes in the archives
(beginning of list to mid-March, and to early June through late July), and
the "search the archives" function remains broken at the moment. However,
recent OGO messages are available in convenient hypertext format for your
browsing pleasure.
