Use the Fn key + either the Up or Down arrows depending on whether you
want to PgUp or PgDn.
The arrow keys should have this marked above them.

What key-combination do I use when I want to switch from Page 1 of 2 to
Page 2 of 2 in the phonebook? (With the pen I would press the arrows in
the upper right corner).
