Both aurguments are valid. I feel the HP and Intuit Marketing gurus should
have anticipated this and offered a more cost effective (both customer and
vendor) solution. A "Registered Owners" site either BBS or FTP, with
proper verification would've costed pennies.... and bottomline, would've
ensured Customer Sat.
