Pocket Quicken

I have had my Og for a couple of Months and order Pocket Quicken to work
with the Og. Initially, I had no problems using PQ but for the past few
weeks I have had a problem when uploading to my PC. Any additions to
accounts are countered when I try an upload the data, and the data is not
transferred to the PC. For example: I make a debit of a $100 and enter the
data on the Og PQ. Everything appears fine. When I connect to the PC, the
account is accessed, the data is not uploaded (eventhough I am requested to
confirm categories, etc.; and then the balance on the Og is adjusted to what
it was before I made the debit, and no transfers take place to the PC.

I talked to Intuit, and apart from ask me if I had a correct version of
Quicken, they were no help. I have no problem doing transfers to/from the
PC using the connectivity pack. Batteries are new, so that isn't the
problem. I re-loaded PQ and tried using a dummy account for testing and
still no success.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
