I have my ATM withdrawls set up pretty much like you do - there is
a transfer feature in Pocket Quicken: when entering the ATM transaction
in your checking account, Select
the box after the "Transaction Type:" header. A list of types will
appear, one of which is Transfer To. If you select this, the screen
changes to allow entry of the account into which you are transferring
(cash).

BTW, these transfers import easily (as transfers) into desktop quicken,
using pocket quicken connect.
