I too have been a loyal customer of HP handheld products! Buying everything
from the HP71B to the 41C, 41CV, 41CX, 48, 95LX, and 100LX. I was excited
to hear that HP was introducing a new PDA called the Omnigo. Unfortunately,
its capabilities seemed to me to be too limited to justify the purchase.
Still hoping that more capable units would follow, I read with
disappointment the interview with HP Singapore in the Palmtop Paper.
Nothing in that article was of interest or use to me! When I heard last
week that the 120 was available from Service Merchandise, it was time for a
road trip. In my opinion if that is the best that HP can do for a follow on
to the Omnigo 100, they should hang it up now!
Please HP if your listening, get your act together and once again develop
the kind of innovative full featured products I came to expect from your
former portable computing division.

I guess I started this with my opinion about the organizer. I likewise
bought this product because of the HP name and found the software a severe
disappointment. (Maybe HP should do something to make this right???) or
maybe they would like to defend this software as the type of value they
will be offering in the future. But I guess one poor product out of what
has been a great company isn't too bad but anyone who bought the
connectivity pack is out $100.
