Well... the main problem is that it doesn't synchronize. It transfers
data in one direction at a time. It will add records that are missing
from the target and it will offer you a variety of options for records
that are different on the target and source.

Unlike the connectivity pack, which seems to be taking a somewhat
undeserved pounding here, you can't make changes on your OG and PC and
expect the software to sort them out. With the connectivity pack I was
able to synchronize my OG to a pc at work and one at home, making
changes to the OG or either PC and everything stayed in sync.

I'm using IntelliLink now because I want to use Schedule+. I only make
changes on the PC. Often I just delete the OG files before using
IntelliLink because that saves it a long serial connect to read the OG
files.

Because IntelliLink doesn't know when things have been deleted, it's
hard to make it work well with the todo list. If you delete your todo's
when their finished they don't get deleted from the OG. I solve that by
marking them completed.

It works, but it has a whole lot of room for improvement.

Nope. It doesn't transfer files and it doesn't deal with the notepad
(at least not with Schedule +).

Clip and go works okay for me on fairly small hunks of data. Database
stuff it will only transfer one record at a time.

Good luck
