To save graffiti shortcuts create a directory called
\geoworks\privdata\hwr (on the B: "drive")

Any new shortcuts you create after that will automatically be saved
across soft reboots.

If you have a ram card (a C: "drive" and create the directory on that
drive instead, grafitti shortcuts seem to be saved across both soft
and hard (i.e. paper-clip) reboots.
