1) Is it a bug that selecting the PMT function from the formula menu
places "=PMT(principal,interest rate,term) in the text area but
selecting SUM doesn't get an "=" in front of it?
2) Has anyone tried the PMT function and gotten it to work accurately?
I have problems entering an interest rate as .07875 (7 7/8) or as
7.875%. The monthly payment is always way off.
Any help is appreciated.
