Viewing spreadsheets

Unfortunately, as far as I know you can not view your OGO
spreadsheet files using the connectivity pack (although it does back them
up).

However, for *another* 60 bucks or so (at least you don't have to
buy another cable) you can get the CLIP & GO software (also distributed
by Hewlett Packard, although developed by the GEOS folks I think). This
program allows you to "Cut" or "Copy" things on the OGO and then "Paste"
them into Windows applications, including several spreadsheet apps (like
1-2-3 and Quattro Pro). I have not tried pasting into spreadsheet
programs, but it works well pasting text into Wordperfect. It also
allows you to paste Digital Ink sketches that you made on the OGO into
Windows files (but you must use the ink copy mode function, not the
regular text copy mode).
