Before synching with Installer, do a soft reboot ( [SHIFT],[ON],[NEXT] ),
or exit the File Manager using [FN] + [F3]. the reason that Installer
says that File Manager is in Use is that when you exit an app using the
[EXIT] key, you're not really exiting it, you're sort of minimizing it.
