Because I am running out of space on my Verbatim 1MB SRAM card, I wanted
to get another, smaller SRAM card just for backups of the data files
from the OG. So I bought a used 128k card for $10 off someone from
comp.sys.palmtops. Now, my 95lx and my OGO refuse to format the card.
My OmniGo allways locks up whenever I insert the card (it unlocks when I
take the card out), akthough, when I stick the card in when the OG is in
DOS mode, the cursor continues to blink, the keyboard just stops
responding, even when i take the card out, the keyboard doesn't
respond, so I have to do a paperclip-reboot to get my OG to function
again. When i try to read the card in my HP95lx, I get General failure
reading a:, and when i try to format the card, it gives me "not
ready, format terminated".
Now, I was assured that the card *is* SRAM frm the guy i bought it from,
but i am begining to think it's Intel flash or something, the thing is,
it *does* have a battery (which I have tried leaving out for 24, 48, 96
hours...
In case any one can help me figurwe out what it is, this is what it says
on the card:

|_\p/_| Packard
