I had a similiar problem(with Appointments) and solved it by purchasing a 1MB
SRAM card. I transfer all of my data from my OGO to the card(using the
Transfer App on the OGO) and then reset the OGO. Once the reset is complete,
I transfer the data from the Card back to the OGO.
