All you need to do is this:
Create a directory named \geoworks on your hard drive.
Run the Installer and when it starts up, tell it you have a PCMCIA drive on
your desktop machine. Even if you don't have one, you can fake out the
installer and tell it that you do.
Tell Installer that your PCMCIA drive is drive C: (or whatever drive you
created \geoworks on).
Now... install the GPK into the "fake" PCMCIA drive.
Exit installer and go examine the \geoworks directory on your hard drive.
You'll see that all the files have been installed into the appropriate
directories, and any necessary but missing directories have been created for
you.
