Geoworks licensed the PKWARE compression algorithm for use
specifically with their help file format. The help file editor compresses
the help files to save space, and that library decompresses them on
the fly when you tap the question mark on screen. Because Geoworks
licensed the software from PKWARE only for that one specific use,
the library is not part of the published API and is not available
for other use on the OmniGo.
