appt book transfer (ADB) fails

I tried to import an 100LX format appointment book
format to the omnigo, and it could not import any
time information (I got a nice dialog box saying
that "because of the format difference between the
omnigo and the 100LX, some data will be lost").

I called HP tech support. these guys are clueless. After
3 phone calls, they agreed that you cannot really
import appointments into the ogo (the ADB format is
the only one acceptable for imports into the appt book),
but told me to "live with it" as there is nothing they
can do about it

I have never come across such pathetic and rude tech support.
