New connect S/W

The new OGO connectivity kit sounds just like what I'm looking for, but
I still have some questions:

1 Will it work with the OG100?

2 Do I need to buy clip'n'go for the OG100 and the PC, or is it
included in the new connx kit?

3 Is there any upgrade price for those of us that bought the original
connx kit?
