Clip & Go will copy ink from the OmniGo and paste it as a bitmap in Windows
applications. You can "sign" your name in ink on the OmniGo and paste that
signature into Write, for example. Or copy an ink drawing on the OmniGo and
paste it as a bitmap into Windows Paintbrush.

I don't think you'll find anything much better than Clip & Go for
transferring spreadsheet data from the OmniGo to and from spreadsheets in
Windows.
If you use Ensemble's GeoCalc, you can just transfer the files back and forth
from the OmniGo to and from the PC and use them either place -- with two
caveats: (1) you must initially create the spreadsheet in GeoCalc, so if you
want to start a new spreadsheet on the OmniGo, copy one that you created in
Calc, delete its data, and use that, and (2) the OmniGo spreadsheet is
smaller than GeoCalc, so you'll need to keep your GeoCalc spreadsheets within
the size that fits in the OmniGo.
