Serial connection.

Hi all.

I have problem with serial connection. (I just use cable and omnicom)
When I click "connect" button on the omnigo, omnigo says "connected",
even I didn't connect the cable.
And then I run omnicom with right COM and SPEED, then "Device not connected".

This happens about 90%. Only 10% I can connect. Once it's connected,
communication is very stable.

What's wrong with my ogo?
Do I have to return it or call customer service?
