If, at some future point in time, somebody is interested in my comments, I
would need to understand:
1. What the frame for the planned newsgroup will be. Is it
(a) something which is tied to a specific Internet provider (e.g.
Compuserv), or
(b) a general Internet newsgroup ?
2. What is the UUNET ?
