OK, I found these files for the nc in that dir, and tranfered them to
the target machine via terminal windows app and some DOS term app. I
then ran Install.exe on the target machine, and it told me it was
installing the non-error checking version, but when install is done, it
says go to the omnigonc dir, and type geos.

Problem is, when I go to the OMNIGONC Dir, the only executables are
easter.exe, loaderec.exe, and pccom.com (irrelevant), and all the geodes
in OMNIGONC\WORLD are EC versions. since the loader file installed is
called loaderec.exe, I'm assuming that th target.pvl file is somehow
containing the wrong files???

The files contained in the c:\OMNIGOEC and c:\OMNIGONC directories are
similar, but exactly the same (no easter.exe in C:\OMNIGOEC), so I don't
think install.exe is using the same target.pvl file and installing it to
diferent directories.

(BTW: the install.exe I'm talking about throughout this post is the one
that resides on the target, not the one that installs the SDK to your
HOST machine)
