You'll want no less than 32MB RAM and enough disk space for a 50MB swap file
(not that it ever gets that big). It also helps to have a Pentium 120 or
better. Fast graphics card is nice, too, although NT's graphics are pretty
well optimized (for speed).

You can't run the emulators under NT. Running the SDKs under NT is alright
except for the random death of pmake. Because pmake uses a questionable DOS
utility to create virtual machines to run the various compilation tools it
gives NT a headache.
