Connecting Zoomer to PC or Modem

Palm's PalmConnect product contains a serial cable for connecting between your Zoomer and your PC-compatible. This cable is NOT licensed for use with a modem, and to do so would be in violation of F.C.C. regulations. A 9-pin Null Modem adapter between the serial cable and the 9-pin to 25-pin adapter has been tested successfully with a modem.

A serial cable is available from ZEOS, but the pinouts of this cable are incorrect for either Zoomer to PC or Zoomer to modem connection. To connect to an external modem you may acquire a cable designed for this purpose from either your Casio or Tandy dealer.
