hypertext, searchable archives are now available

It's been very quiet on this list. The last non-administrative message
(other than a couple of spams :-) was posted way back in February.
If you've been longing for some traffic -- or for you newcomers, if
you're wondering why xpress-list exists at all -- you can now access
the complete archives of the list via the World Wide Web.
Organized as annual collections dating back to January 1992, messages
have been hypertextified (?) using "hypermail". You can browse them by
date, subject, author, or thread, and you can search each year's collection
for messages containing one or more keywords of your choosing.
The archives and search interface is available at the following URL:
