It's in the XPRESS-LIST archive now. You can retrieve it by sending mail to
listserv@grot.starconn.com with "get xpress-list dist0594" in the body of the
message. You'll get four parts which you'll need to reassemble into a single
file, uuencode, and unpack using cpio.
