Xpress time stamps

Sometime on Saturday, time stamps stopped arriving on my Xpress feed.
With the software I'm using, this meant that the code which counts time stamps
to form article collections ('news.*' files) never gets executed.
The primary 'news' file had grown to several megabytes by the time I caught it.
Most likely this is only a temporary problem, but you might want
to check your system to see if you are being affected.
