It's available in the xpress-list archives. Send a message to
listserv@grot.starconn.com (_not_ to xpress-list, ok?) with
the following commands in the message body:

index xpress-list
get xpress-list xx.01
get xpress-list xx.02
quit

This will send you the two files you wanted, plus an index of whatever else
is in the archives.
