Xpress availability

Does anyone have the current good number for Xpress? I was at my son's
High School for an open house and one thing they had set up in the
library/learning center/computer room was a computer connected to Xpress.
No one there that evening knew whether they were getting the feed from
our local cable or off a satelite somehow.

So to find out for myself I tried to call them on the number that was
printed on the information (303-721-5400) but that number always gives
me a busy signel even in the middle of the night! I have to assume that
it is not the correct one to actually talk to someone. What is the
number? If our cable company actually carries the signal, I would like
to look into getting the box I need.
