I haven't obtained permission, but I'm not sure what their definition of
"forwarding ... onto computer networks" is. I only take the newswire
data and put it on a computer in my home that is different from the PC
for which X*Press sent me software. I use different software (netnews
readers like nn) to access the data instead of the X*Change software.
I don't distribute it beyond the scope of my cable subscription -- i.e.,
no one gets access to the data who wouldn't already have access to it
if they used my PC.

Maybe I'll ask for written clarification from X*Press. It would be really
great to have this cleared up.
