It should be able to handle the premium service without any problems... it
is scrambled, but is decoded by the Infocipher module before it makes it to
the computer. Yesterday, XIS was kind enough to turn off encryption, and
the only difference between the basic service and the premium service is
that the service code is 2 instead of 0 ... (I only have the basic service
right now, and was ignoring anything with a service code of other than 0...
Oops. :) ).

Also, I've noticed if you don't have the decoder module installed, the
software can pick up the authorization packets for the decode (service
code 255)... but how to find out what's in them is unknown to me. :)
