diffs available for new name matching scheme

I modified the source that Brian has available in src/xx.01 and src/xx.02
to do (fast) name lookups. My lookups are faster than the ones in
src/rnews-code, which I believe is extremely important -- this code should
be as efficient as possible.
If you are interested, contact me and I will send you context diffs for
news.c, x.c, and strings.c .
My code allows you to drop any category you're not interested in. I
took the src/xprcv.cf and created my map file from that, so I can also
supply a reasonably complete mapping file.
