Whatever we do in the area of developing software to use X*Press' data stream
must be developed without the use of that information. Regardless of who
signed a non-disclosure agreement, or how long ago, or their relationship
with PSU, or whatever, it's still a non-disclosure agreement.

I know, I know, it's tempting... but any number of us could get into some
deep yogurt by either distributing or using that information. If X*Press
has changed their policy (and I encourage you to find out), then get a
new set of documentation or written permission to use the old stuff.
